Prototype construction / Design pattern

Production of individual pieces, as well as the assembly of complete assemblies. We manufacture prototypes according to your specifications or HyCon Engineering’s conducted ones. All required tests are performed on the prototypes and documented.

For more complex components or assemblies, we also offer design samples according to the following procedures.
GRP- and CFRP laminates
SLS design pattern parts (carbon fiber filled polyamide parts)
FDM design pattern parts (Layered ABS parts)
Polyurethane vacuum castings in various Shore A and D hardnesses
Low pressure RIM molds for 1K and 2K polyurethane components unfilled and filled
NC milled components from all machinable materials (foam, CLAY, plastics, metals)
All design samples can be produced with different surface finishes.

Spare parts and assemblies for HyCon products

HyCon offers the full range of spare parts for the PATRIOT system, except for throwers and truck spare parts.
All hydraulic, electric, frame and add-on parts of the PATRIOT SYSTEM LS and RS have been developed by HyCon and are still manufactured today.
We can deliver 1200 spare parts directly from stock.
HyCon offers the complete range of spare parts for the 40-METER mast except the truck spare parts. All hydraulic, electrical, frame and attachment parts of the 40-METER mast have been designed and manufactured by HyCon. We can deliver 400 spare parts directly from stock.
On request, some Roland Rad spare parts from HyCon can also be manufactured and delivered.

Production of assemblies / spare parts for military vehicles

For many land and air systems, we produce mechanical series, replacement and add-on parts according to customer’s drawings and specifications. Another focus is the production of electrical assemblies for various land and air systems according to our customer’s specifications.

Another focus is the production of electrical spare parts for various military vehicles. HyCon has a 30 years experience in the production and development of military equipment. HyCon is able to produce various components according to customer’s drawings and specifications.
All products produced by HyCon have the same standard as original spare parts or are partly improved. All electrical components are tested and documented according to HyCon standard.
